Match Number Three: WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship Match: Carmella versus Asuka (with James Ellsworth locked in a Shark Cage)

The cage is lifted above the ring and we see the view from where Ellsworth is perched.

Asuka with knees and a snap mare followed by a kick to the back. Carmella with an Edgecution and Carmella calls for something from Ellsworth and he drops a chain. Asuka grabs it and the referee takes it away. Asuka with a kick for a near fall. Carmella with boots to the back. The referee keeps Carmella from using the chain but Ellsworth gives Carmella the spray. Asuka with a back fist and strikes followed by a drop kick.

Asuka with a waist lock and then she hits a pop up knee. Asuka with hip attack for a near fall. Asuka applies the Asuka Lock and Carmella gets to the ropes and the referee calls for the break (remember this is EXTREME RULES). Ellsworth tries to pick the lock to the cage. Asuka with a suplex on the floor. Ellsowrth gets the lock picked and he hangs from the cage but he is caught on the cage and hangs from it. Asuka kicks Ellsworth and hits a drop kick.

The cage is lowered and Asuka attacks the ring crew. Asuka kicks Ellsworth. Carmella sends Asuka into the cage and gets the three count.

Winner: Carmella (retains championship)

After the match, Asuka attacks the ring crew and she sees Ellsworth still in the ring and Asuka with kicks to Ellsworth. Asuka with a German suplex and she hits a second one. Asuka with a round kick and then she applies the Asuka Lock.
