WWE has dropped a trailer for the upcoming reality series Corey and Carmella, which is set to be released soon and was first mentioned during last week’s episode of “Bare With Us” episode. One would assume WWE is hoping that this show has as much success as Miz and Mrs. has had and Corey and Carmella are excited about getting to share an in-depth look at their personal lives with the WWE Universe.
It is believed the first episodes will air on WWE’s YouTube page. Carmella noted, “We shot a pilot episode. They took the pilot and chopped it up into 10, 4-minute episodes. It’s not going to be something you see on a network.” From there, Graves said he thinks the entire series will drop on February 28th. “That’s subject to change,” he noted, but also added, “WWE has been unbelievable about helping us maintain our authenticity as much as we can.” The show is called ‘Corey and Carmella’, but Graves said that fans will see a lot more of Matt and Leah [their real names] than what you see on Raw, SmackDown, or anything WWE. He noted, “It’s awesome to have the machine working with us to help us achieve this goal considering this all began during the pandemic on Instagram Live because Leah and I were bored.”
From the trailer, there’s a lot of talk about their love life and the two aren’t shy about moving well beyond the PG rating that WWE tends to showcase on their flagship shows. What is edited and what is not, along with what makes the show versus what probably got cut will be something fans likely find quite interesting. These two appear as though they’re not holding anything back.
